LvL curates and presents the best Q3 map releases, but all levels are interesting to me. To that end, here's a torrent of every Q3 level I've ever managed to find. It's 145Gb and consists of around 15.5k levels.
This is a magnet link you can paste into a torrent client to download it: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:0218cc054f95eab157621bdd54475addbf509138&dn=Quake%203%20Level%20Archive&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.opentrackr.org%3A1337%2Fannounce
It's probably missing many Defrag levels. Because there are so many and they're often low-effort I've not mustered up the patience to grab them all from Worldspawn.
Here is a list of all files in the torrent: controlc.com/abafc320
Here is a list of levels I know existed but haven't been able to find: controlc.com/5ddcf63f
If you have any levels on the missing list or otherwise not in the archive, please let me know!

Its a small silly thing, but I remember it was either WCG 2002 or ESWC 2003/2004 that had a pk3 file that puts the
logo event on the maps used in the comp. Was a nice little touch back then.
To think, Q3 can reach 65GB just by maps alone. Not even counting all the demos from the comps backs then.

I've also uploaded many OA maps to MapRaider as well as ModDB. Here are links to those too!

Once again, awesome job!

..::LvL is the only place I really search for info on maps, and it's helped us attribute authorship, resolve bugs, find secrets, etc. But the ~12k maps not listed here are always going to be at least somewhat of a mystery.
Thanks in advance to you all for collecting and sharing this q3 history.
The controlc.com links are dead and the magnet appears to have no active seeders.
Having said that, we're pretty pleased overall. It integrates with the q3 server, so you can control the server from the web interface. We have buttons to change the map, abort a match, devmap (for screenshots and hunting hidden items), as well as rcon. We can rate and comment on the maps as well as adding tags. It gathers our statistics from the matches we play, but there's not much currently implemented for the statistics part. It also has panels with quick links to the top-25 maps, and 25-random maps for each: 4.0 and above, 3.0-3.99, 2.0-2.99, etc. Maps with more plays get an added weight. e.g. a 4.0-rated map with two plays is 4.01 but a 4.0 map with ten plays is 4.1.
We also have some minor features like a random map selector (rated or unrated), a queue of maps to play, upload a new pk3 to the server, rotation groups which we currently don't yet use, the ability to browse a pk3 (good for finding the authors, etc.), author attribution, a levelshot gallery, map items/numbers, and some other odds and ends.
We also have the beginnings of the ability to re-play recorded demos on the site.
It's ugly but it works. "She ain't much to look at kid, but she's got it where it counts." -Han Solo.
Adding an image from imgur doesn't seem to work. Here's a direct link: imgur.com/G0NCzqS
